Aura Minerals Inc. has successfully completed the bookbuilding process for its subsidiary, Aura Almas Mineração S.A., as part of a public offering of 1 million simple debentures. These secured debentures, not convertible into shares, have a face value of 1,000 reais each, totaling 1 billion reais. The offering is targeted exclusively at professional investors.
