Aura Energy Limited has announced becoming a substantial holder in its own shares, possessing a 5.3% voting power due to 44,871,795 fully paid ordinary shares. These shares are under escrow agreements with Curzon Uranium Trading Limited, which restrict Aura’s control over the voting rights. No consideration was paid by Aura for acquiring this relevant interest.
