Auna S.A. is set to hold an ordinary general meeting on December 30, 2024, where key agenda items will include the approval of its 2023 financial statements and the dismissal of KPMG Audit S.à r.l. as its statutory auditor, replacing them with ATWELL due to regulatory reasons.
