AuMake Clinches A$300M Deal with Chinese SOE

AuMake Ltd. (AU:AUK) has released an update.

AuMake Limited has secured a landmark A$300 million, three-year agreement with China’s Yangtze River New Silk Road International Logistics, guaranteeing a minimum annual purchase of A$100 million in Australian goods. The deal, supported by a recent A$2.8 million capital raise, positions Aumake to enhance its cross-border trade presence and operational efficiency, with the first order expected in the upcoming financial quarter. The formalisation of this partnership, which includes leveraging Yangtze River’s logistics network, is a significant step towards Aumake’s goal of financial profitability by FY25.
