Ault Disruptive Technologies Corporation has terminated its merger agreement with Gresham Worldwide, Inc. due to Gresham’s recent bankruptcy filing. This decision, effective as of August 15, 2024, requires no termination fee. Despite the merger’s cancellation, Ault Alliance, Inc. retains majority ownership in both companies, and their respective boards of directors share several members.
