Aukett Swanke ( (GB:BUC) ) has issued an update.
Aukett Swanke, the full-service architecture arm of Built Cybernetics plc, has acquired London-focused interior design firm Work.Place.Create. Limited to bolster its interiors capability and broaden its corporate client reach in London and the South East. The deal, structured at WPC’s net asset value with performance-linked earn-outs in 2026 and 2027, will see WPC integrated into Aukett Swanke and its vendor Nick Viner join the board as director responsible for interiors, with the business expected to both strengthen delivery on major interiors contracts and generate new leads for the group’s smart building units Vanti and ecoDriver, enhancing Built Cybernetics’ positioning in the smart, tenant-focused office fit-out market.
