Aukett Swanke Group Plc, a leader in smart buildings and architecture, has appointed MAH Professional Services Limited as its new external auditor as part of a £2m cost reduction strategy. The decision follows the resignation of the previous auditor, Moore Kingston Smith LLP, who confirmed no outstanding issues. This appointment will be up for shareholder approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
