Augmentum Fintech PLC, a leading fintech investment firm, is set to receive shares in Castelnau Group PLC as part of the proposed acquisition of Farewill by Dignity. This acquisition, which involves a digital platform for death-related services, is anticipated to proceed with regulatory approvals and is not expected to complete before January 2025. Augmentum’s investment in Farewill, initiated in 2019, will see no significant change to its net asset value as a result of this transaction.
