Augmentum Fintech PLC has successfully passed all resolutions at its latest Annual General Meeting, with overwhelming support from shareholders. Following the AGM, the company announced the retirement of Neil England, the Chair since IPO in 2018, and the interim appointment of David Haysey as Chair while the search for a permanent successor is ongoing. Shareholders displayed strong confidence in the company’s direction, with high approval rates for the re-election of directors and the approval of all proposed company resolutions.
