Augmentum Fintech PLC has repurchased 25,000 of its own shares at 98.88 pence per share, as authorized at their recent Annual General Meeting. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of shares in treasury to 13,612,769. This transaction affects the total voting rights available to shareholders, now standing at 167,400,928.
