Augmentum Fintech PLC has bought back 120,000 of its own ordinary shares for 104.00 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of shares in issue, including those in treasury, is 181,013,697, with 12,666,726 shares held in treasury. This leaves 168,346,971 shares with voting rights for shareholders to calculate their interest.
