Augmentum Fintech PLC has recently repurchased 10,000 of its own ordinary shares, a strategic move that has been executed following the approval at their latest Annual General Meeting. The shares were acquired at a price of 101.425 pence each and will now be held as treasury shares. Post-transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights stands at 167,635,928.
