Augmentum Fintech PLC has announced the buyback of 40,000 of its own shares at 104.00 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s total treasury holdings amount to 12,921,726 shares, with 168,091,971 shares representing the current voting rights. This buyback is part of the company’s capital management strategy as authorized by shareholders at the last Annual General Meeting.
