Augmentum Fintech PLC has announced the buyback of 50,000 of its own shares at an average price of 107.96180 pence each, which will be added to the company’s treasury. After the transaction, the company’s total number of shares in issue is 181,013,697, with 12,241,726 shares held in treasury, affecting the total voting rights, now standing at 168,771,971.
