Augmentum Fintech PLC has bought back 50,000 of its own Ordinary shares for an average price of 107.65680 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. This purchase leaves the company with 12,191,726 shares in treasury and a total of 181,013,697 shares issued. Post-transaction, the total voting rights in the company stand at 168,821,971.
