Augmentum Fintech PLC has announced the buyback of 25,000 of its Ordinary shares at a price of 102.30 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s treasury holds 13,502,769 shares, with a total of 181,013,697 shares issued. This buyback affects the total number of voting rights, now standing at 167,510,928.
