Augmentum Fintech Executes Share Buyback

Augmentum Fintech PLC (GB:AUGM) has released an update.

Augmentum Fintech PLC has recently bought back 10,000 of its own shares at 101 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. After this buyback, the company’s total shares in treasury amount to 13,329,253, while the total number of shares in issue, including treasury shares, stands at 181,013,697, setting the total voting rights at 167,684,444.
