Augmentum Fintech PLC has recently repurchased 60,000 of its own Ordinary shares for an average price of 103.4583 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Following the buyback, the company has over 181 million shares in issue, with approximately 13.2 million held in treasury, affecting the total voting rights which now stand at nearly 167.9 million.
