Augmentum Fintech PLC has announced the buyback of 10,000 of its own Ordinary shares at an average price of 103.00 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the company has 13,041,726 shares in treasury and a total of 181,013,697 shares issued. This buyback affects the total voting rights, now standing at 167,971,971, which shareholders can use as the denominator for interest calculations.
