Augmentum Fintech PLC has reported the buyback of 50,000 of its own Ordinary shares at an average price of 104.364 pence each, subsequently holding these in treasury. After this buyback, the company’s treasury stocks total 13,011,726 shares, with the total number of shares in issue standing at 181,013,697. This transaction alters the total voting rights to 168,001,971, which shareholders can use as the denominator for calculating their percentage of voting rights.
