Augmentum Fintech PLC has announced the repurchase of 25,000 of its own Ordinary shares at a price of 105.62 pence each, now held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s total issued share count stands at 181,013,697, with 12,546,726 in treasury, adjusting the total voting rights to 168,466,971. This move follows the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2023.
