Audioboom ( (GB:BOOM) ) just unveiled an update.
Audioboom reported a record first quarter for 2026, with revenue rising 30% year on year to US$22.5 million and gross profit up 41% to US$4.8 million, lifting gross margin to 21.3%. Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to US$1.4 million, as stable operating costs allowed the group to convert higher volumes and better creator contracts into a 6.2% EBITDA margin and stronger cash position.
The group’s Showcase ad marketplace delivered 63% revenue growth, supported by a 79% jump in average monthly downloads and video views to 170 million following the Adelicious acquisition and new signings. While RPM fell due to a greater mix of lower-yield video and U.K. inventory, management framed this as upside for future monetisation, helped by freshly launched video-focused partnerships with Spotify and Apple and renewed and expanded deals with leading podcast creators.
Spark’s Take on BOOM Stock

Audioboom’s overall stock score is driven by strong technical indicators and positive corporate events, offset by challenges in cash flow generation and a high P/E ratio.
