Michael Tobin OBE, the non-executive Chairman of Audioboom Group PLC, a leading global podcast company, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 5,000 additional shares at 240 pence each. Tobin’s investment strengthens his holdings to 815,000 shares, now constituting 5% of the company’s issued share capital. Audioboom, known for their popular podcast network and innovative ad-tech, continues to make waves in the podcasting industry with a global reach and a portfolio including partnerships with high-profile podcasts.
