Michael Tobin OBE, the non-executive Chairman of Audioboom Group plc, a leading global podcast company, has increased his stake in the firm by purchasing 2,000 additional shares at 250 pence each. This acquisition brings Tobin’s total holdings to 804,500 shares, which accounts for 4.9% of the company’s issued share capital. Audioboom is recognized as the fourth largest podcast publisher in the US and operates a premium network of top tier podcasts with a wide reach of 38 million unique listeners globally.
