Audio Pixels Raises Funds Through Convertible Notes

Audio Pixels Holdings Limited (AU:AKP) has released an update.

Audio Pixels Holdings Limited has successfully issued A$6.45 million in Convertible Notes to sophisticated investors, with plans to use the funds to explore capital management opportunities without immediate pressure. The notes, with a 12% interest rate, are convertible into shares at A$9.04 and come with options exercisable at A$10.84. Existing noteholders have agreed to a maturity extension and a conversion price floor of $5.00 to comply with ASX requirements.
