Audio Pixels Holdings Limited announced the departure of Mr. Mark Ureda as Non-Executive Director and the appointment of Mr. Shawn van Boheemen to the position, effective 16 July 2024. Van Boheemen, who will also maintain his roles as Company Secretary and CFO, brings three decades of commercial finance leadership experience across diverse industries. He is set to stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting.
