The latest announcement is out from Audio Pixels Holdings Limited ( (AU:AKP) ).
Audio Pixels reported meaningful technical progress in the December 2025 quarter as it advances its digital MEMS speaker array toward commercial readiness, validating a key manufacturing milestone in which a lead wafer produced under an amended process met or exceeded all critical structural specifications. While incompatibilities between partially completed wafers and its acoustic measurement infrastructure have constrained full testing, the company has confirmed important acoustic parameters consistent with simulations and expects new wafers in February and March that should be fully compatible with its systems and ready for downstream integration and packaging. On the funding side, the principal on an existing unsecured loan from 4F Investments remains at $5.58 million, with 4F committing up to a further $6 million in working capital over the next year via the same facility, to be converted into convertible notes backed by a charge over the company’s intellectual property, subject to shareholder approval, although this funding can be halted if chip testing fails or the company does not re-list on the ASX within 120 days. In addition, Audio Pixels raised $1.25 million through new unsecured convertible notes to sophisticated investors, taking total convertible note face value to $13.75 million, as it continues to operate with its shares suspended from ASX trading while working toward lifting the suspension.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:AKP) stock is a Sell with a A$6.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Audio Pixels Holdings Limited stock, see the AU:AKP Stock Forecast page.
