Audax Renovables S.A. held an extraordinary general meeting where shareholders approved a distribution of up to €15 million charged to the share premium for 2024, which is part of a €45 million remuneration policy running through 2026. The board of directors has been fully empowered to execute this distribution along with any related actions. Additionally, the board, including the non-director secretary, has been granted authority to formalize and execute all resolutions from the meeting, ensuring their registration and success.
