Audax Renovables, S.A. successfully held its ordinary general shareholders’ meeting, approving all agenda items including the annual individual and consolidated accounts for the fiscal year 2023, and addressing the fiscal year’s losses by applying them to negative results from previous years. Shareholders also approved the non-financial information statement for the year, in compliance with legal requirements.
