Audax Renovables, S.A. has announced a distribution of a gross share premium of €0.03328667 per share for fiscal year 2024, with the payment to be made on October 7, 2024. Shareholders on record by October 4 will be eligible for the distribution, with the ex-date set for October 3. CaixaBank, S.A. will act as the payment agent for the transaction.
