Audax Renovables Advances Share Buyback Program

Audax Renovables SA (ES:ADX) has released an update.

Audax Renovables S.A. has actively executed its share buyback program, acquiring a significant 74.71% of the targeted shares from July 11 to July 17, 2024. A total of 2,814,890.61 euros was invested to purchase shares at varying prices, under the authorization of the shareholders’ meeting from June 2022.
