Sovereign Cloud Holdings Ltd. ( (AU:CYB) ) has issued an announcement.
AUCyber Limited, a company listed on the ASX under the ticker CYB, announced the successful closure of its renounceable rights issue offer, which was oversubscribed. The offer, which aimed to raise $2.75 million through the issuance of new fully paid ordinary shares, received applications for over $3.1 million from eligible shareholders, excluding the largest shareholder, 5GN Networks Limited. As a result, the applications were scaled back on a pro-rata basis. The new shares and shortfall shares have been issued, with normal trading set to commence on 16 April 2025.
