Auckland International Airport has disclosed that director Dean Ross Hamilton increased his legal and beneficial holding of the company’s ordinary shares through an on-market purchase. Under the airport’s Director’s Share Purchase Plan, Hamilton acquired 713 additional shares on 27 February 2026 for NZ$6,458.91, lifting his stake from 9,676 to 10,389 shares and signaling continued board-level alignment with shareholder interests.
The transaction was executed as a standard market trade and did not occur during any closed trading period under the company’s securities dealing policy.
