AUB Group Limited (AU:AUB) has released an update.

AUB Group Limited has disclosed a change in Director Cathy Louise Rogers’ interest in the company, with Rogers acquiring an additional 909 ordinary fully paid shares under the AUB Share Purchase Plan. This transaction, valued at $24,997.50, increased Rogers’ total holdings to 9,313 shares, as reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.2.
