ATW Tech Inc. has initiated a voluntary liquidation of its assets and operations due to insolvency and inability to meet financial obligations, a process overseen by Bresse Syndics Inc. as the authorized trustee. The company’s board has authorized the asset transfer following failed reorganization attempts, and this action extends to its subsidiaries, Séméon Analytique Inc. and RNIS Télécommunications Inc. Moreover, all company directors have resigned, and officer employment concluded on July 3, 2024.
