Atturra Limited Launches Discounted Share Purchase Plan

Atturra Limited has launched a share purchase plan (SPP) to raise approximately A$6.05 million, offering shares at a discounted price of $1.05 per share. This initiative follows a successful placement that raised $30.8 million, with another tranche expected to raise $39.7 million. Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can apply for up to $30,000 worth of shares without incurring additional costs.
