ATS Corporation Upsizes Senior Notes Offering

ATS Corporation (TSE:ATS) has released an update.

ATS Corporation has upsized its private placement offering to sell C$400 million in senior unsecured notes, an increase from the initially planned C$300 million. The notes, with a 6.50% interest rate, are set to mature in 2032, and the company plans to use the proceeds to repay amounts from its credit facility. The offering is expected to close on August 21, 2024, and is available only to certain institutional buyers in Canada and the U.S.
