As Atreca, Inc. scales down operations, Dr. Tito A. Serafini and Dr. Stephen E. Gould have stepped down from their executive roles as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Scientific Officer, respectively. Both executives have entered into Separation and Consulting Agreements with the company, entitling them to severance payments, continued insurance coverage, and equity vesting, in addition to consultancy roles with capped weekly fees. These agreements also include clauses for release of claims, confidentiality, non-disparagement, and cooperation with Atreca, Inc.
