Atrato Onsite Energy plc plans to sell its solar asset portfolio to Phoenix UK Bidco Limited, a move requiring shareholder approval for new investment objectives and policies. The company’s board has recommended the shareholders to vote in favor of this significant change, which could lead to the voluntary liquidation of the company and distribution of net assets to shareholders by February 2025. Shareholders will convene at a general meeting scheduled for 22 October 2024 to vote on the resolution.
