Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited, a prominent Chinese hospitality and lifestyle company, has initiated a proposed secondary offering of 10 million American Depositary Shares by Legend Capital. Following the offering, Legend Capital will retain about 7.6% stake in Atour, with a director from Legend Capital resigning upon completion. The offering, led by BofA Securities, CMB International, and Citigroup, is made through an effective shelf registration statement filed with the SEC.
