Aton Resources Inc. has successfully convened the first General Assembly for the Abu Marawat Gold Mines Company, a joint venture with the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority, marking a significant step in commencing operations at their Abu Marawat Exploitation Lease in Egypt. The assembly, overseen by Egypt’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, resulted in the unanimous appointment of the joint venture’s Board of Directors, setting the stage for the development of the Hamama West mine.
