The latest announcement is out from Atomos ( (AU:AMS) ).
Atomos unveiled a substantial expansion of its professional video ecosystem at NAB 2026, anchored by the launch of the Sumo PRO 19, a 19-inch 4K HDR monitor recorder switcher for modern on-set production. Targeted at directors, cinematographers and digital imaging teams, the device acts as a central production hub, supporting multi-camera monitoring, advanced recording formats up to 8K, and direct integration with cloud platforms such as ATOMOSphere, Frame.io and Dropbox.
The broader NAB lineup added new accessories and workflow tools including the Shogun AV FlyPack, A-Eye Controller PRO, StudioSonic AIR Headphones, a CFexpress Card Reader, FieldPro Vest and updates to ATOMOSphere, reinforcing Atomos’ strategy to cover more of the content pipeline. Together with its recent acquisition of Flanders Scientific, these launches significantly extend Atomos’ reach from on-camera capture to final delivery, strengthen its competitive positioning in professional video production, and support ongoing commercial momentum, as reflected in positive industry reviews and multiple Best of Show awards.
