Atomic Eagle Limited has appointed experienced finance executive and Chartered Accountant Chris Bath as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 January 2026, while long-serving CFO Abby Macnish Niven will remain as Company Secretary to maintain continuity in governance, compliance and corporate administration. The board expects Bath’s two decades of senior finance and capital markets experience in the energy and resources sector to strengthen the company’s executive team as it advances the Muntanga Uranium Project in Zambia and pursues broader growth opportunities in its African uranium portfolio.
