ATOME Energy PLC, a leader in green fertilizer production, has announced an additional subscription for 533,333 new ordinary shares at an issue price of 75p each, raising £400,000 for working capital. This capital will support the growth of ATOME’s projects, including a 145MW facility in Paraguay. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the AIM market around October 7, 2024, expanding the company’s issued share capital to 48,456,519 shares.
