At the 2024 annual shareholders meeting for a major company, an impressive 91.55% of eligible shares were present, ensuring a solid quorum. Shareholders elected all of the board’s director nominees to serve another year, with vote details indicating strong support, albeit with some opposition and abstentions. Additionally, Ernst & Young LLP was ratified as the independent auditor for the fiscal year 2024, and the shareholders approved the executive compensation for fiscal 2023, both with decisive majority votes.
