Atlas Global Brands Inc., a cannabis company, has announced the completion of its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023, and the amended restated interim financials for previous periods. The filings, which are now available on SEDAR+, follow a period of regulatory scrutiny after the company failed to meet previous filing deadlines, leading to a cease trade order. Atlas Global aims to rectify its continuous disclosure obligations and seek revocation of the trade order with the anticipation of completing outstanding interim filings by mid-May.
