This comes amidst ongoing CCAA proceedings, which include a stay of proceedings and the approval of debtor-in-possession and bridge financing for the Atlas Group. The company operates internationally with a strong presence in Canada and Israel, distributing to seven countries and managing licensed cannabis facilities.
