Atlas Engineered Products Ltd. has announced the grant of 1,393,000 stock options to its directors, officers, management, employees, and consultants as part of its incentive plan. These options, exercisable at $1.30 per share, will vest over 18 months for employees and in 12 months for consultants, with an expiration date of August 21, 2029.
