Atlas Arteria has successfully completed the refinancing of the Chicago Skyway with the financial close of US$205m in notes, as previously outlined on April 12, 2024. The company, which owns and operates a diverse portfolio of toll roads globally, including a significant stake in France’s APRR toll road group and full ownership of the Warnow Tunnel in Germany, is committed to providing value and reducing emissions through its infrastructure investments.
