Atlas Arteria Faces S&P Rating Downgrade

Atlas Arteria (AU:ALX) has released an update.

Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) has experienced a downgrade in its S&P Global Ratings for its Toll Road Investors Partnership II, with ratings falling from ‘BB’ to ‘BB-‘ and the outlook remaining ‘Negative’ following a recent rate case decision. Despite the downgrade, there will be no impact on the interest rate for the long-term senior unsecured bonds, nor will it trigger a default or breach under the financing documents. Atlas Arteria continues to manage a portfolio of toll roads internationally, including significant stakes in toll roads in France, the US, and Germany.
